Wisconsin's real estate rules are about to change, and buyers and sellers are the ones who benefit most. The changes come from 2025 Wisconsin Act 69, signed in December 2025, and take effect in 2027. They affect how homes are marketed and how listing photos are presented. Bridget Thomas, a REALTOR® with Raven Realtors licensed in Wisconsin and Minnesota, is again a sponsor of the Miss La Crosse Oktoberfest Scholarship Program. This year she is a Gold Sponsor of the event, which gives thousands of dollars in scholarships to the women who compete each year.
Thomas has supported the organization for five years. In 2026 she served her fourth year as Judges' Chair and is an active volunteer on the committee. That role puts her in the room with some of the strongest, bravest women in the Coulee Region, and she says it's a privilege.

Bridget Thomas, a REALTOR® with Raven Realtors licensed in Wisconsin and Minnesota, has completed the Home Essentials course through the Wisconsin REALTORS® Association (WRA). The course trains agents to read a property's features inside and out, so they can point out what matters during a buyer's showing and give sellers honest, useful feedback before a home goes on the market.
For sellers, that knowledge turns into practical pre-listing feedback: what a buyer's inspector is likely to flag, and what's worth addressing (or disclosing) up front. For buyers, it means a more informed tour and better questions going into inspection.
Home Essentials adds to Thomas's growing list of professional education. She holds the GRI, ABR, GREEN, RSPS, PSA, C2EX, AHWD, HFR, and SFR designations, and she is Luxury Home Certified. Before real estate she worked in healthcare strategy and predictive analytics, and she brings that same data-minded habit of continuous learning to her work with clients.
Bridget Thomas Sponsors Onalaska Football Family Night, Kicking Off 2026 Hilltopper Season
Bridget Thomas of Raven Realty is sponsoring this year's Onalaska Football Family Night, a FREE community event hosted by the Onalaska High School football program to kick off the 2026 season.
Family Night is set for Thursday, August 13, and is open to the entire Onalaska community — future Hilltoppers, current players, alumni, and anyone who simply enjoys watching the program play. The evening will include football, games, and activities for the whole family, with free registration required in advance. Every registered child will receive a free Family Night T-shirt.
"The biggest team in Onalaska isn't just on the field, it's in the stands," said Thomas. The Live Ona Medallion Hunt challenged community members to track down a hidden medallion using clues released throughout the celebration, with a $250 cash prize awaiting the winner.
