Thomas, a respected real estate broker and agent licensed in both Wisconsin and Minnesota, will champion the firm’s strategic expansion while continuing to serve her personal real estate clients. Her dual role ensures that she remains grounded in the current market while driving the high-level trajectory of the company as it seeks to grow.

Bridget brings a unique competitive edge to the leadership team. Before her successful career in real estate, she spent over a decade leading client success and product growth initiatives in the corporate sector. This transition to Director of Growth marks a return to her roots in business scaling and strategic development.
