ONALASKA, Wis. — Oct 1, 2026 —  Bridget Thomas, a REALTOR® with Raven Realtors licensed in Wisconsin and Minnesota, is again a sponsor of the Miss La Crosse Oktoberfest Scholarship Program. This year she is a Gold Sponsor of the event, which gives thousands of dollars in scholarships to the women who compete each year.

Thomas has supported the organization for five years. In 2026 she served her fourth year as Judges' Chair and is an active volunteer on the committee. That role puts her in the room with some of the strongest, bravest women in the Coulee Region, and she says it's a privilege.

"Only one woman walks away with the crown and sash each year, but that's never the whole story," said Thomas. "Every delegate brings leadership, poise and a real commitment to this community, and the relationships built along the way last much longer than one night on stage. Watching these women grow is inspiring, and helping put scholarship dollars behind their goals is one of the easiest decisions I make every year."

Congratulations to Jenna Martin, Miss La Crosse Oktoberfest 2026

Jenna Martin was crowned the 2026 Miss La Crosse Oktoberfest at the UW–La Crosse Student Union. Over the next year she'll serve as La Crosse's ambassador. Martin previously held the Miss Sparta title and plans to continue her community service initiative, which shines a spotlight on music education.

Why the Title Matters Here

Miss La Crosse Oktoberfest isn't a one-night title. For the next year Martin will show up at school visits, community events, parades and fundraisers across La Crosse, Onalaska, West Salem and Holmen. She'll often be the first face families see at Oktoberfest events, and the one who carries the region's name to statewide competition. Here, the La Crosse and Onalaska school districts, the West Salem and Holmen communities, and the local nonprofits all rely on the same volunteers and the same small-town connections, so an ambassador with a clear message can reach a lot of people quickly. Martin's focus on music education fits that especially well: band concerts, choir programs and school music departments are some of the things families across the Coulee Region share, from Holmen's fine arts nights to Onalaska's performing arts center to West Salem's Friday night pep bands.
